I’m a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Private Practice in Portland, Oregon. I provide a variety of services in a variety of formats. I have found in over a decade of doing this work, that one size does not fit all. People come into my office in a variety ways – either individually or as part of a couple or family – and have different challenges and goals. This lead me to clearly define the different processes (coaching, therapy or consulting) I provide, and what structure – individual, couple or family – those process can take. It has been my experience that if everyone is clear about our working relationship, the more satisfied both clients and myself are with the work we do together.
